I grew up in a middle-class, divorced family in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA. My parents and grandparents worked very hard, I maintain the business values that my grandfather had, simply to treat and do people right. My life’s darkest moments through adversity had a profound effect on my life’s purpose which is “to positively impact 10,000,000 or more lives” and resilience that has been built through those toughest times.
It’s through my story that I hope to impact others. My greatest vehicle to do so is through the mentoring of high-producing real estate team leaders and agents. My brother barely escaped death from meningitis at birth, my father had a nervous breakdown and my parents divorced at 8 years old. I moved around several times in my youth, was skinny as a rail, was constantly bullied and had few friends.
My stepfather told me “The day you graduate high school, is the day your ass is out of here!” The former state trooper and Military Green Beret didn’t go back on his promise, several months later, I was homeless and lived in my car.
One of my most defining moments in life was putting the last 32 cents to my name in gas into the car I lived in. He later pulled a gun on my mother, she thankfully left the relationship and became a single mother, doing all that she could to get by.
I fought depression for many years; through the death of family and friends, failed jobs, and relationships, my latest being a close call with death due to health issues. I did manual labor jobs for several years, attempting to figure out a career for a high school graduate.
My life changed in September of 1999 when I started my career in 100% sales. There were some tough times early on, being a member of elite sales forces as a youngster.
After gaining experience through the years, I quickly rose in the ranks becoming a Sales Manager and then General Manager in the Remodeling Industry. I was young, successful, and “living the life” until the day that everything came crashing down. It was Q4 of 2008, the stock market fell tremendously, many of Americans’ homes were upside-down. Not a good thing when your income is attached to equity loans selling expensive remodeling projects. Through the Great Recession, I lost everything! The house, the BMW, the boat, the girlfriend…Everything!

In 2009, I met my soon-to-be life and business partner, Tracy. Those first few years were really tough financially, she lost everything too. In November 2011, we were “sick and tired of being sick and tired”, we partnered in business together. She had a background in real estate, I had my background in sales and marketing.
After years of contemplation, a close call with death, a breakup with my former life partner; I decided to chase my dreams.
I locked myself inside my “Concept Factory”, a beachfront condo in South Beach. Platinum Real Estate Coaching and Super Influencer Marketing Agency for a 2022 full launch campaign.
I started filming as the Mentor & Host of “Beyond The Closing” TV Show, an inspiring contestant-style reality show. I wrote three books, “The Ultimate Real Estate Machine” with legendary Business & Marketing Strategist, Jay Abraham & I released November 2021.
Also, developed multiple differentiated informational products and services.
